About the Author
Heidy Dardon was born in Compton, CA by way of Escuintla, Guatemala. She holds a BS in Nutrition from Arizona State University, and is currently working on BSN as a Senior Nursing Student at WSU. Her interests include reading, traveling and hiking with her husband, photography, and enjoying good food.
