cosmic feelings
by Taija Williams-Adams
her horns were made from twigs on the ground
and fused together by the stardust,
shed by the beings above
her skin was peppered
with freckles from the sky
and her eyes shined like the moon
the winds sang to her,
joyous for her presence
and her beauty
the moonlight shined on her
as she danced to the song
of the stars
flowers that never see sunlight
bloomed from her warm,
enchanting smile
she was spellbound and mystical;
her very existence brought wonder and magic
to anything and everything
she was ethereal
intergalactic
celestial
she was cosmic
